I decided sometime last year that I wanted to get my breast augmentation done, and Dr. Jun Caparas came highly recommended by a doctor I know in Singapore. We first had a teleconsultation in September, then I met him in person that December, and finally had my surgery in June this year. I was incredibly nervous leading up to the procedure, but Dr. Jun and his team were so patient and responsive — answering all my questions through WhatsApp no matter how many times I asked. The care and professionalism I received were outstanding. I’m now two and a half weeks post-op and absolutely over the moon with the results. My recovery has been smooth so far, and the results already look amazing. I had to return for a follow-up one week after surgery, and unexpectedly needed a third visit — which the clinic kindly accommodated. What stood out most was that after I had flown back to Singapore, Dr. Jun happened to be here for a conference and still made time to see me in person to check on my progress and answer any lingering questions, even though he had already explained everything before. That level of care and commitment truly meant a lot to me. I can’t thank Dr. Jun and his team enough. I highly recommend his clinic for anyone considering cosmetic procedures — from breast augmentation to tummy tucks. The service is truly 10/10. Thank you again, Dr. Jun!

I had the best experience with Zi Institute! Dr Jun Caparas is a top plastic surgeon! I couldn't fault him. He was meticulous with his work and a perfectionist! He did a wonderful job with my liposuction and tummy tuck procedure. He was extremely professional, compassionate and caring and was surrounded by amazing and equally caring team - Cath, Raven, Chris and the wonderful nurse Nora who cared for me post op. Nurse Nora was very knowledgeable and experienced but most of all, she truly cares. She helped me a lot by letting me know what to expect and by being kind the whole time I was a patient. She went the extra mile in providing care and for that, I'm truly grateful! I am highly recommending Zi to everyone who deserves the best surgeon and the best team! I will forever be indebted to Dr Jun Caparas - plastic surgeon extraordinaire and nurse Nora - my super caring nurse and of course to Cath, Raven and Chris. Wow! Just wow! After months of research, I finally came to the decision to go ahead with my procedure with Zi Institute. I could not be more happier with my decision. The outcome of my procedure has exceeded my expectations. Not only is Dr Jun Caparas an excellent plastic surgeon, his assistant Doctor, Nurse and staff/team are all highly trained and professional. On top of that, Dr Caparas and all of his staff are wonderful, down to earth, caring and warmhearted people. The after-care I received was amazing and way beyond my expectations (24 hours post op care). Since I stayed so close to their clinic, I was even treated for after-care (daily) and Dr Jun Caparas was even kind enough to have me picked up by his own personal driver on a daily basis.
