There is a standard consultation fee of Six Hundred Pesos (Php 600.00) However, we will waive and deduct this amount from the total procedure fee if the patient decides to undergo their desired aesthetic surgical procedure with Zi Institute.

For standard dermaesthetic and some non-surgical procedures, we have fixed prices which you can inquire by calling our clinic at +63917 8799667. 

Our surgical procedures generally have a standard range of prices as well. However, since each individual patient has a unique set of requirements and may require additional procedures to achieve their desired results, prices may vary per patient.

The procedure fee includes the operating room charges (use of Operating Room, anesthesia medicines, medicines, OR supplies, and machine use), professional fee of plastic surgeon and anesthesiologist (if required in the procedure) and Post-operative medications.

The surgeon may require you to undergo a Cardio-Pulmonary clearance, especially for major procedures (i.e. breast augmentation and liposuction). The fee for an Internist and or a Cardiologist for this clearance is Three Thousand Pesos (Php3,000.00). He/she will require the patient to bring specific laboratory results for the clearance, the list of which will be provided to you by our clinic once you decide to undergo your desired procedure.

Normally, you will be asked to come back after a week after your surgery for follow-up consultations and removal of sutures.  Some patients may require additional follow-up visits depending on the recommendation of our surgeon.

Most surgical procedures of our patients are performed in our facility.

Zi institute is a licensed (and in good standing) Ambulatory Surgical Center with the Department of Health since it started its operations in 2012. Likewise, it has been a Department of Tourism-accredited facility since 2013. 

Our facility has two (2) fully equipped operating rooms, a pre / post operative rooms, central supply and sterility room and board-certified, credentialed specialized surgeons, anesthesiologists and nursing staff to provide you with utmost care and service at all times. 

However, if the patient so requests, we can arrange for the surgery to be performed in any of the tertiary hospitals where Dr. Jun Caparas is affiliated with.

Zi institute is a licensed Ambulatory Surgical Center with the Department of Health since it started its operations in 2012. Likewise, it has been a Department of Tourism-accredited facility since 2013.

This means that our facility, and our professional and medical staff have passed, and continuously conform to, the high standards set by these government agencies to provide safe surgical procedures in the field of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Prior to surgery, you have to stop taking aspirin, Vitamin E, fish oil, collagen, Omega 3, ginseng and ginko biloba, and all other supplements..

You will need the following laboratory examinations: Complete Blood Count, PT, aPTT, ECG, Chest X-ray, BUN, Crea, Hba1c, FBS.

Generally for most major procedures, you will be advised to minimize activities and take some rest for the next 2 to 3 days since this is the most vital part after surgery. Lifting heavy objects, strenuous activities and exercise will be avoided.

It will take about 3 to 5 days before you can resume doing your regular routine.

Smoking is strictly prohibited at least for the next 7 days post-surgery to promote faster healing.

Depending on the nature of procedure and the patient’s unique body response, some do not experience much swelling and/or bruising after surgery.

However, as a general rule, while a patient is encouraged to move about the following day after surgery, lifting heavy objects, strenuous activities and exercise will be avoided for the first week.

If you need a place to stay during your recuperation period or vacation, our staff can assist you with your hotel accommodation. There are good hotels nearby that provide special rates to our guests. We can also arrange you car transfer from airport to the clinic or to your hotel.

Although not necessary, some patients (especially those who do not reside in the country or in Metro Manila) requests for a private duty nurse to take care of them during the first 24 hours upon discharge for convenience.

We do not have private duty nurses under our facility but we can recommend some of our fellow volunteers from Operation Smile.

The length of stay depends on whether the type of surgery is minor or a major procedure. , The prescribed number of days stay in the country is somewhere between 5 to 15 days.

It is important to discuss with our doctors your circumstances so he can advise you before booking your travel arrangements.
